It is a hand puppet with a squeaky that can only be reached by your hooman putting their hand inside... it is good fun! Mommy has been putting squeaky toys inside too for us to pull out and play with.

HM has been looking to get one of those hand puppets too, because she is complaining i always take a chunk out of her hand when we play.
